RETURNS
Due to the nature of the products we sell we only accept returns on faulty items, which will be replaced. All returns for faulty items must be agreed in advance and be accompanied by a letter explaining the problem and your details.
Returns must have a return code, given to you when you state the reason for return. Please ensure your return code is on your address label, otherwise your return will not be accepted.
Lingerie will not be refunded due to strict hygiene laws.
You must notify us within 24 hours of your reason for wanting to return an item
There are no refunds given,
If you insist on a refund,
There is a re stocking fee of 15% or £10 whichever is the greater
for ALL refunds.
